Free insured shipping within the continental United States on all orders unless a listing says otherwise.

Handling time. Each listing shows its own handling time, which is typically 3–5 business days. You will receive tracking by email when the order ships.

Alaska, Hawaii and international. Shipping to Alaska, Hawaii or outside the US is by quote. Email sales@avaella.net before ordering. Buyers outside the US are responsible for duties, taxes and import fees.

Ship-from location. To get equipment to you faster, some items ship directly from partner warehouses, so packaging or the origin address may differ from ours.

Damage in transit. Inspect your shipment when it arrives. Report any damage within 48 hours of delivery, with photos of the item and the packaging, to sales@avaella.net.
