These terms apply to purchases from Avaella LLC (Williamsburg, Iowa) through this website. By placing an order, you agree to them.

Products. We sell used and surplus industrial equipment. Unless a listing says otherwise, items are used, may show cosmetic wear, and do not include accessories, cables, power supplies or software beyond what the listing describes. Photos may be representative. Specifications come from manufacturer documentation and are provided for reference. Confirm that an item is compatible with your application before you buy. Avaella LLC is not an authorized distributor of, or affiliated with, the brands it resells. Brand names are trademarks of their owners, and the original manufacturer warranty may not apply.

Listing terms. Each listing's condition, contents, handling time, warranty and return terms are part of these terms. If a listing's terms conflict with these general policies, the listing controls.

Pricing and orders. Prices are in US dollars. We may cancel and fully refund an order if an item becomes unavailable, has a pricing or listing error, or cannot be fulfilled.

Sales tax. Sales tax is charged where required. Tax-exempt buyers should email a valid resale or exemption certificate before ordering.

Installation and use. Industrial equipment must be installed and used by qualified people, following the manufacturer's instructions and the applicable codes. You are responsible for the item's installation, wiring, and suitability for your application.

Warranty and liability. The only warranty is the one in our Refund & Return Policy or the listing. To the extent the law allows, we disclaim all other warranties, express or implied, including merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the price you paid for the item. We are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages, including downtime or lost production.

Governing law. These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Iowa.
