Allen-Bradley 6176M-19PT 19-inch standard industrial monitor (1950M), panel-mount aluminum bezel with resistive touchscreen. Condition: used, tested and cleaned. Discontinued by Rockwell Automation, so it's a good fit for keeping an existing line running without redesigning the panel.
